I paid double the normal deposit ($100 extra, because of $5 in outstanding bills I was never notified of), and told misleading appointment times after day+ delayed call backs on an external gas meter all within the first 2 weeks of my account... Like I don't work in public utilities else where, and didn't tell City Council of such work over 18 months ago. Next stop the Public Utility Commission... Fun times.

This entire town has shady practices...I honestly feel bad for whomever decides to live here. I'm curious how I spent 100$ in gas heating in 8 days when nobody lived there. Good luck with your last bill because they make sure to overcharged you one last time.

I have no idea how my bill keeps going up when usage doesn't change and I pay extra ever month. Best part when I ask them how I keeps going up they say I just need a new meter then come and replace or fix it!

I CONSTANTLY HAVE TO REPAY BILL FOR THEY ALWAYS LOSE CHECKS THEN KATHY (RUDE) CALLS AND DEMANDS PAYMENT! THEY DON'T HESITATE TO CONTACT YOU IF YOU OWE MONEY BUT THEY JUST CASH ALL THE CHECKS AND NOT LET YOU KNOW THEY FOUND THEM. what A BUNCH OF CHEATERS AND LOSERS
