This is a great service I moved here from Dale County and the only option there is the landfill the collection facility is much more convenient. Also I’m an older man and I was disposing of an old pellet grill that was very heavy and the young man working the facility said sir I will unload that for you. It was greatly appreciated

It’s a nice place to take some of your larger items. The problem I had there was the teenager who was directing you to where you should offload. He gave very bad directions and acted like a jerk. He’s definitely not a people person but the only person there. I’ve been before when they were most helpful and courteous. Tuesday, April 16 they should have had some help or have that kid away from people. Very frustrating…

Paid over 80 dollars for trash ,haven't had a can in a month.called 5 times,got sticker which is no good without can.your guys do good work but management is slow as christmas.a discount don't help when you have no can.first I had 2 ,I called to tell them,they took both can,cashed check.Its not an easy job so help your workers help their customers

Never had any problems here. We have taken a few loads there. They won't take grass, etc, and will check for things that aren't acceptable.

YOU GET ZERO STARS (with the exception that I had to at least select one star in order to post this Review) - I’m sick and tired of our garbage not being picked up AND the FACT: WE ARE OWED ONE BIN that the Garbage Truck picked up and DUMPED INTO THEIR TRUCK, WEEKS AGO and I was told and assured that a new 2nd bin would be on its way. Well, it never came.
YOU OWE US!!! We have been waiting for months now when we’re paying for two!!!!
Y’all are nothing but a bunch of RIP OFF’s! Our service with WASTE MANAGEMENT was nothing like this and we had friendly drivers and they were always courteous and they seemed to care about their customers and the service that they provided.

Decent facility but needs to be open much longer hours for us working folks to get there. Always crowded and usually a backup waiting to get to the dumpsters. Open up more dumpsters to elevate the high demand and citizens waiting a long time in line. Suggestion from other places We've lived. Get folks that are required to do Community Service to screen drivers at the Gate to see if they are actually ELMORE County residents. I personally know of people coming from other Counties dumping in OUR dump! Many are doing clean outs and dumping a large amount of trash in OUR dumpsters. How much is this costing us Elmore County Tax payers ? Also, use Inmates on work release or Community Sevice to help people unload their trailers/trucks. This place needs much more oversight! County Representatives need to come see for themselves how busy this place is on Saturday mornings!

Show up on Saturday @ 10 AM 11/25 gate is closed... trucks coming in and turning around constantly. Such a waste of time driving from Millbrook with a load to turn around. Ridiculous.
