I could write a pretty interesting book on the failures of the public 'servants' but I'll just say, after dealing with about 10 counties, this is by far the worst-- lying to citizens. Shameful at best!! Organized about as much as a 1000 pc puzzle dumped on the floor. Outdated systems and servants

No respect for any of the employees that work in the court/clerk system here. I drove from Birmingham and was more on time than the employees. Extremely disorganized and slow.

Completely unprofessional. My husband is in Elmore jail on charges he just got out of prison for on a 36 month sentance. And a court date FTA, that me. Dozier sent a day after his release to an address my husband has never been registered to live at for court on 11-3-2023 nobody knows anything including the DA I have had to do Elmore counties job. I have every bit of proof and they keep making it seem like I'm wrong when I have all the paperwork and dates and match all there paperwork proving he did not miss his court date and he EOSed out of his sentence yet is still sitting in Elmore county

I applied for a passport and called to verify the courthouse transmitted my application. The phone rang and rang, eventually answered only to be hung up on. This repeated for almost 45 minutes. The people here are generally rude and unhelpful in the past.

Michael you have got to get this out of line office in order, Elmore County deserves better service. Please address this. Thank you.

I don’t know if it is necessarily the court houses fault, but I am pretty sure they mailed my ssn, drover’s license number, and date of birth to the person that stole my identity. I do know one thing, they definitely mailed all of my information to the wrong address.

Well, I have placed calls there for almost a week. One clerk tells me one thing(extremely rude). 2 days later another totally different story. I placed calls to kimberly as well as Mr. Dozier. No return calls. Called again and this one has no idea! What is their purpose? I absolutely HATE dealing with this office. They are RUDE and your made to feel as your something lower than trash stuck to their shoes. Unbelievable!!!
