This company is hands down the worst place I’ve ever worked. It’s essentially a modern-day sweatshop where you’re expected to work at full speed constantly, with no regard for your well-being. Management pushes you to the brink, and there’s no room for error or taking a breather. On top of that, the long-time employees look down on new hires, especially if they struggle to keep up. They’re given these “ranks” that inflate their egos, but at the end of the day, they’re just regular workers like everyone else.

There’s no real room for growth here, production-wise. The only so-called promotions are into lousy positions where you’re just getting equipment ready—still far from ever making it into the office. Career progression is non-existent.

To make matters worse, HR is a complete joke. It’s led by someone who seems more interested in changing her hair color every month than addressing any of the actual problems employees face. That alone should tell you enough about how seriously they take employee concerns.

Rude customer service. Product states to protect from water for 24 to 48 hours after application. Product actually requires a minimum of 48 hours before contact with water per customer service. Customer service also feels the need to try to make me look stupid? I didn't even ask for a refund, I just offered feedback.

This is honestly the worst company to work for as far as production is concerned unless your trying to make less than $20 an hour. I never had any writeups or warnings before they terminated me and they told me they would send my W-2's to my email so I could apply for unemployment. They completely lied to me and have made the entire process difficult since my termination date. The only reason for this is because they don't want their unemployment rates going up. I would strongly advise anyone who is thinking about working there in production. Especially if George Jorgenson is your supervisor. Everything went south for me after I expressed my concern of pay because I honestly made more money through the temp service that had got me in there before Shashco decided to hire me..........STAY AWAY for your own good and just ask yourself why their turn around rate is so high? This company will only assure good employment if u worked there for 20+ yrs and even then, just ask someone. They won't lie to you.

This company is one of the best I've ever dealt with! Melony in customer service who was assisting me with a will call order did everything right and when I picked up my first order, the staff insisted on loading the order in my car for me! When my contractor said I had the wrong one (water-based instead of oil-based), Melony once again went above and beyond to help me get the right one! The other person in the warehouse was ready with my order and already had it at the door (insisting on bringing it out to my car) and ready for my return. Every person at the company I interacted with was friendly, helpful and professional. They must treat their employees well and it shows! Great company and I highly recommend their top of the line stains as well.

How does a company two states away get a 5 star rating from me? Let Katie take my call, that’s how. I am purchasing a log cabin and know next to nothing about them. However, Ray Charles could see that the joints needed to be resealed.

I called to get advice on products and ask some questions from a position of pure ignorance. Katie was patient in explaining the what and why. Even though I know she didn’t have all day, I think she was actually eager to help and I was not rushed. I’ve never met her but she and by extension, Sashco made me feel like my little cabin project mattered. After being at various director level positions in customer service settings, I probably appreciate the authenticity of this interaction from a unique perspective.
Customers feeling important is a combination of an exceptional employee and good top down management. Maybe the mountain air helps, but I know that no matter what led to my level of service today, it created a very happy, well educated, and impressed customer. I trust that your employees are recognized for service like this. It is becoming more and more rare.

In 2006, here in southeastern Colo we had a blizzard that dumped 4ft snow! As it melted, we saw water dropping out of furnace vents in ceiling. I went to the attack, and found water ruining down the furnace vent fromthe roof! It was rusted at the shingle line! I got my through the roof out! Went up on roof, cleared snow away, applied this miracle stuff! It was cold out and around vent pipe was wet! This product went on and sealed the rusted vent pipe immediately! It was still sealed in 2015, when we put on a new roof and vent pipe! It's really that good!
