The WORST CUSTOMER SERIVCE. THE WORST EMPLOYEES. They will not come to the customer service desk and no one knows how to make a money order. Don't come here to send/recieve money or buy a money order. Not one manger in this place. The store runs on one check out lane and only 2 self checkouts open. No one knows what they are doing and no one wants to help yu. The employees (all young adults/teen) are extremely slow to check you out. There was about 20 people waiting in line to use the self checkouts. ZERO LIGHTS ON IN THE WHOLE PARKING LOT!!! THIS IS SUPER DANGEROUS. YOU CANT SEE PEOPLE WALKING BEHIND YOU WHEN BACKING OUT AND ITS ALL ARPUND BAD FOR THE SAFETY OFPEOPKW SHOPPING HERE. CAN BE SHOT IN THEIR LOT BUT TOO BAD THEIR CAMERAS DIDNT CATCH IT DUE TO NO LIGHTS ON! FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY!

The way this place operates is ridiculous. I grew up in Broomfield so I’m not used to things that are worth like four dollars being locked up in a case. I’m not going to go search for an employee to access make up wipes that are worth a couple of bucks and then go to the customer service counter to get it. I promise you guys lose way more sales locking up stuff with low monetary value than you ever would with whatever theft problem you have. If I want to buy deodorant or razors or most things for personal care, I have to go track down someone. It’s such a hassle. Not all of us are thieves. And what’s with all the self checkouts always being closed? You guys close all the self checkouts and then have one or two lanes open that each have like 20 people in them. I have been late for work waiting in line to pay for one thing. I can’t wait to move back to Denver because this entire city is disgusting. Thornton also has a roach problem which I found out the hard way. This entire area of town is nasty

I don’t know why Walmart closes the self-checkouts and only have 2 employees on the registers and have long lines…. If you Walmart are going to be closing self-check outs at least have all the registers open with employees in them… or open the self-checks outs. as a customer it’s very frustrating having to wait 10+ mins to pay for things when before you would go pay right away at the self-checkouts… not understanding this method, then why install a whole bunch of self check outs if they aren’t gonna be used… I understand to prevent shrink but no need to wait so much time in lines. Ridiculous

Asset protection here is racist and targets certain people to check receipts. I went to this store and went through self checkout everyone before me, he barely glanced at their receipt and then sent them on their way. Once it was my turn he literally said “there’s stuff missing on this receipt” before he even checked it and then proceeded to count and read off my whole cart of stuff and compare to the receipt. he obviously discovered that i paid for everything. he needs to be fired or something made me feel very uncomfortable.

This Walmart is beyond ghetto. Jake in security treats you like you are stealing after he has seen you physically pay at self checkout. Come on now Walmart. Do better.

It used to be such a good store but it has fallen quite a ways. Everything is locked up and it's almost impossible to find an employee to open them for you. ESPECIALLY since the call button is either broken or it get ignored. Additionally the lines are long and with the self checkouts closed 95% of the time, it takes forever.
