Needed cabinets for a new mudroom. Process was seamless. Communication was excellent. The designer, Marcella, really worked with me to achieve what I needed. They even customized my drawers for disappearing dog dishes - no charge! The installers were professional, clean and able to pivot for any necessary changes needed.

Worked with Ali and she was amazing!! I had a pretty specific vision in mind and she was so attentive to my design ideas and in making sure that she provided me with the best solutions for my space that both maximized storage and looks stunning!! The crew that came to install was also great! They were booked for two days and finished in one. Everything is super high quality and I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome. I’d love to add more custom options to my home and will definitely work with closet factory again.

Working with the closet factory was such an enjoyable experience. It was nice having an opportunity to go to the showroom and factory to see first hand the quality and care taken to make the products. Our designer, Cheryl, was so helpful. Talked us through everything, presented different options and really took into account our personal inventory when designing our space. The installers, Javier Garcia and Victor we on time, we efficient but thorough and worked hard to make the space perfect for us. It only took them a few hours but our closets are still so sturdy. I would recommend working with them to anyone looking for a personal touch and high quality product.
