What an incredible team The Pinery at the Hill was in incorporating our thoughts, ideas, and questions into an extraordinary wedding experience for us and our guests.
Our interactions with Sydney were always professional and well organized, yet also personal, fun, and kind. She is a tremendous, detailed director of planning and people, and really shone on our big day.
While we previously wondered how that day was going to fit all together, we are still talking about the many ways The Pinery was the best decision we made in planning our
wedding. We found Sydney to be the key piece of that decision.

I knew what I wanted for flowers, but could not find a picture of anything like I imagined. We met with Liese and she listened, drew from what I shared . . . and came up with the most beautiful rendition of an English cottage garden that I could imagine! Stunning, whimsical, and charming.
Chef Kelsey prepared such an appealing and delicious meal that our guests were still talking it about a month later! They did not know that such a fine meal would be served at a wedding.
We and our guests had such a beautiful and memorable experience, we give our highest recommendation to Sydney and the entire team.

Sydney, the wedding coordinator, took such great care of us from the moment we first met her. She listened to us, answered numerous questions throughout the entire planning process, and executed our vision of our perfect wedding. The day of, she made sure to check in with everyone throughout the day to make sure we were all taken care of. It truly doesn’t get better than Sydney. The day wouldn’t have been the same without her.

We had a wonderful experience with our wedding at the Pinery at the Hill! They made planning a breeze, the food was amazing, and overall look and feel was what we were looking for. I didn’t want to spend a lot of time sourcing vendors and this venue was perfect. We especially loved our planner, Sydney Cathey, who made the process and especially the day of a magical experience. We were able to just relax and enjoy the day with our family and friends.

We planned the most beautiful destination wedding at The Pinery at the Hill for our son and daughter in law. It was truly a magical event that our family and friends will cherish for a lifetime.

Sydney was sweet and extremely helpful through out the entire process. Having everything on site made planning from Texas so easy. (catering, cake/desserts, flowers, decor, DJ and especially the wedding planner) We appreciate that we were able to have things shipped directly to the venue, so we didn’t have to worry about having things transported from several states away.

We loved that they allowed Mitchell and Kirstin to take engagement pictures at the venue the day before the wedding. The staff was always so helpful and accommodating.

Came here for my fiancé's squadron party and we had a wonderful time. The ambience was certainly worthy of 5 stars! Beautiful decor, great speaker system, and wonderful wait staff. The food was also very yummy. We had a wonderful spread of salad, vegetables, mashed potatoes, chicken with mushroom gravy, and steak with a bourbon sauce. The view was beautiful and we loved how it overlooked downtown from the main hall and the mountains from the front. The name brand drinks were pricey (ex: a jack and coke was $14) but it's also understandable for the venue.

I had the most magnificent experience getting married at the Pinery at the Hill!!! I would recommend that everyone spend their special day at the pinery. I am forever grateful of the staffs kindness, support and talent.

My husband and I fell in love with this venue because of its amazing view of the mountains from the Veranda.

We both had a busy year in our careers so we were so grateful for the easy and efficient planning process the pinery provides. You take care of food, floral, decor, dessert and other details in one meeting! It was amazing! They even shared resources with me ahead of time so I could plan and prepare at my own pace in the comfort of my home.

The staff were easily accessible through email and responded swiftly. The staff really take pride in their craft. I was overwhelmed by their thoughtfulness and attention to detail. I can’t imagine the pressure of a job in this career where everyday you’re trying to create the perfect day for yet another lucky couple.

A HUGE shout out to the Pinerys wedding coordinator Sydney Cathey!!! She is absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! I can honestly say this day wouldn’t have been perfect without her help and support! From putting up with trouble making groomsmen to running the show, to sharing sentimental moments and reflections with us! She is passionate about her job and wears it on her sleeve! She made me feel comfortable and confident in the planning process. I completely trusted her and therefore was able to just relax and enjoy the day! Thank you so much Sydney!!!
