I truly loved my experience here as a customer! They are very communicative and don’t try to upsell you on unneeded things. I needed a maintenance 60,000 mile check up and the local Ford dealership wanted $2,000+ for the appointment. Christian Brothers was able to get me in for the same exact services for around $600! They weren’t able to diagnose one of my issues I wanted checked out, so they didn’t charge me for that service. 10/10 for customer service and price. Will definitely be bringing my vehicles for services here in the future!

Found car leaking oil after oil change done @ Christian Brothers. Took it back. Found it was leaking from drain bolt. They redid the oil change and offered a free oil change next time. Not worth having to go back multiple times for an oil change IMO.

There's a reason why this business has 4.9 stars overall. Good service. Good communication. Good mechanical work. Fairly priced. But it's the little details that make them great, such as: Speaking to the SAME person each time so that there is no loss of information, or the branded water bottle they left for me in the car, or having the car pulled up and waiting for me when I arrived, or the free shuttle service.

Other businesses (even those that are not automotive services) should strive to the level of customer service that Christian Brother provides!

Terribly overpriced. Maybe they are using $CAD because that's how sky high their rates are. A friend of mine needed some work done to their Xterra. They were quoted $458 to change the differential and transfer case fluids. They also needed new brake pads and rotors front and rear. This shop quoted them $1214. Finally this shop had the nerve to suggest a fuel induction service... for $238! Fuel induction services only work for GDI engines (the Xterra has port injection)

Luckily my friend was wise enough to mention this $1910 total quote to me before agreeing to have anything done.

Needless to say my friend went to a local, non corporate shop a few miles up the road and was quoted $479 for the brake pads and rotors, and $115 for the differential and transfer case fluids. A savings of just over $1300.

My advice to fellow owners, do research on repairs for your vehicles. Removing 3 easy to access drain plugs and 3 more fill plugs doesn't take 3 hours of labor. Support your local mom and pop shops!

This was my 4th visit to Christian Brothers with 4 different vehicles and once again they did a great job! I’ve had various services done from AC to struts to oil changes and every time the service is outstanding. They’re up front about cost and transparent about what needs to be completed today vs what can be done in the future. I don’t know much about auto repair and Christian Brothers makes it an easy, comfortable experience. They also call me a day or two after service to check in and ensure I’ve had no issues.

I'm so used to garages scamming me or claiming to always find something, this is the first one I've came to that not only found the exact issues, they were able to show them!!
The fact they take pictures and then send them to me is amazing and makes me feel safer, and their prices are the greatest!

This place earns every five star review and when I came in needing some emergency work done it showed.

Not only were we met with kindness and understanding of our situation, but they went above and beyond to fit us in to an already busy schedule and get us out the same day. That's amazing already.

Not being a big car guy, it's reaffirming to be walked through each and every issue, why it's a problem, shown pictures and videos, and not talked down to for not being knowledgeable it really builds a sense of trust that I deeply appreciated.

Their waiting room is stocked with coffee, snacks, water, mints, magazines, comfy seating and a charge station.

Those are honestly just bonuses. The real deal here was Caleb who made it all happen and saved us from a terrible, terrible day. Big thanks to him, and the whole team here at the South Parker location.
