Steven cost my company significant time and money. Pictured below are two steel plates with identical MTR's. The one on the right was ordered from metal supermarkets. It was rusty wavy and way out of thickness tolerances, the one on the left was ordered from a trustworthy supplier and was clearly marked and within one thousandth of advertised thickness. Steven refused to replace the bad material, and instead offered a 10% discount on my next purchase. The good material I ended up buying was actually cheaper than the garbage from metal supermarkets. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.
