I have never seen such honest, fast service in Trucking industry as provided by David of Midwest ECM to help me figure out problem with a truck and shipping me ECM that works. My truck never worked better than now. New engine harness , fuel Solenoid and ECM fixed all of those problems that I had with this N14 engine.
I wasted 3 weeks trying other sources, wish I knew about Midwest ECM before.

I've had 3 ecms from them and all three outlasted the engines very good quality, fast turnaround and they will take the time to go over your engine build numbers and program the ECM however you want it to where it won't hurt the engine.

I've received 2 ECMs for the N14 CelectPlus 525 and one was for a M11 Cummins. All worked grwat

Sent an ecm to be rebuilt, Dave gave me a call to confirm the specs I wanted and had it back in less than a week. Works great, truck runs better than it has in years. My last ecm was built by a self proclaimed “king of ecm” repairs in Texas. Will never use them again after finding Dave and his crew at Mid West.

Extremely pleased! Dave was very helpful in aiding the diagnostics of my M-11 select Plus. Collectively we concluded that the ECU may be hung up. He said if I send to then and nothing was found it would be returned “No Charge”. Very fast turn around even though I had expressly said that I was in no hurry. I shipped it on Monday and back on my front door on Thursday afternoon. “No Charge”. I did buy some seals and bolts which are of very good quality. If I'm ever in need I will be back again.

These guys are the best! I've been sending Ecm's for 5 or 6 years, to repair or exchange. Never had a problem with any of their products. Even went so far as to help me track down a shipment that UPS lost for 3 months. Good people!

Drove from Albuquerque to Midwest to have my ECM reprogrammed, They reprogrammed it in a short time and I put it on my truck in their yard. Very nice people and very helpful. Drove my truck back to Alabama and ran like a top. Good people and good service, Highly recommend.

Called to see about a part and spoke with a lady in regards. She was very snappy and rude. So glad I didn’t spend money with them. She should be fired and after seeing the owner’s responses to some reviews company belongs in the trash. Very unprofessional people.
