Outstanding Service and Dedication at Manes Machine

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the team at Manes Machine in Fort Collins, Colorado, for their exceptional understanding and support during a challenging situation I faced on January 9th, 2025. While driving through Amarillo, Texas, during a severe winter storm, my truck hit black ice, causing a near jackknife incident. Thankfully, I managed to regain control, but it was a harrowing experience, and the delay was unavoidable.

Despite the significant delay, Edgar and Joshua at Manes Machine went above and beyond to accommodate me. Originally scheduled to leave at 2:00 PM, these dedicated individuals waited until my arrival at 6:15 PM to ensure that both unloading and loading were completed. Their hard work and determination were evident, especially considering the dock was out of commission. They still managed to get everything done efficiently, demonstrating exceptional commitment to their roles.

Additionally, their kindness extended beyond the job. They offered me the use of their facilities to wash up after my long, stressful night battling the storm. Such gestures truly show the caliber of people they are.

Edgar and Joshua deserve immense recognition for their efforts. Their dedication, patience, and understanding turned a potentially disastrous situation into a manageable one. I can’t thank them enough for their support, and they truly deserve a raise for their exceptional service.

This place is a joke. The machinist are treated like dirt, will go multiple years without giving raises..... but will hire 'interns' with the sole purpose of doing paperwork and nothing else. Management is so out of touch with what goes on around the shop! Over 60 people employed and only 7 machinist....many of which are running up to 8 machines!!! Are not supplied with the tools or paperwork to get our job done correctly. Always running parts without qualities approval. Unless you are in a management or office position, it is really hard to find anything positive about that place. And anyone who says otherwise.....is not a machinist at that place!
