Vergent Products has built a reputation for innovation and quality, but my experience with one of its leaders, Jay Dokter, has been disappointing and concerning.

Jay, along with his associate Dan Kamrath, has refused to honor a valid consulting contract for services I provided to one of their ventures. Despite fulfilling my obligations, they have not only refused payment but also taken steps to silence my concerns by removing posts and blocking my attempts to hold them accountable.

This behavior contradicts the values of integrity and accountability that Vergent Products should represent. Small businesses like mine deserve better from leaders who are supposed to uphold ethical standards and foster trust in the business community.

This company is a great company to invest in as a costumer and an employee. Jay the Ceo, everyone in sales, everyone in office, the engineers, Management, our quality control team, SMT operators, box build, and shipping and receiving do amazing work. They are a tight knit company despite its growing size, and they are excellent in their communication company wide and with their customers. This company is absolutely dedicated to their work and the customers they supply. They will go the extra mile to make sure the product is defect free, on target in design and function, made efficiently and intelligently, and shipped on time or even ahead of time. They are truly amazing. Thank you for all you do Vergent!

I can't say enough good things about this company. They are helping my business design and engineer a small consumer electronic product. They are so organized, friendly, and committed to excellence. They make sure to understand and work toward the project requirements. Their facility and offices are clean and state of the art. They take security seriously in terms of protecting client and product information, designs, etc. Everyone I've met has been extremely professional and kind. On more than one occasion they have gone out of their way, above and beyond what would be reasonable to accommodate me in every respect. They were the lower cost estimate of the few that we received for the project and I think they are going to finish close to that original estimate. You can't go wrong with Vergent.
