Vail Vally Garage Door not only does a great job but backs up their work!

As a property manager on the valley for over 15 years and a 45 year resident, I can attest that sometimes finding the right vendor can be a challenge and finding people to respond promptly during an emergencies is a near possibility.

I’m happy to report the Vail Vally Garage Door saved. My bacon did excellent work and I’m proud of being in business with them.

I’d have them do a service on a garage door for a home I take care of changing out the spring as well as the cables. A few months later that spring cable broke while a guest was staying at the house that he had rented and one at a charity auction. As you can imagine he was paying top dollar. The car was locked in the garage And he had no way to get it out. Vail Vally Garage Door responded to my inquiry promptly went up, assess the problem. Got the parts necessary and made the repair. All within a few hours completely impressing me, the guest as well as the homeowner. It will be my first call every time for any garage needs in the Eagle County area Thank you very much for your good service prompt response and meaningful follow through.

Amazing and prompt service in the freezing cold when needed! We woke up to our garage door not working because the spring had snapped. I called that morning, and had an appointment scheduled for just a few hours later. Tom Davies our repair man was very professional, friendly, accommodating, and spent time giving our garage door the care it needed. He definitely went above and beyond what I anticipated for same day service and everything is in tip top shop shape. Tom if you’re reading this, thank you very much!!! This review is for you!

I am a big fan of Vail Valley Garage Door. I called with a problem on Wednesday, and Doris (their highly efficient and friendly admin) scheduled me for an appointment the next day at 8:30 am. Joshua (their skilled and efficient technician) showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, ordered the right parts for the repair, and called to let me know the status. He expected to complete the job the next day, which he did. Once again, he called me to report the status of job completion. I couldn't be happier with the experience. I highly recommend Vail Valley Garage Door.

Don't often do reviews. Had a narrow appointment window, first tech was unable to make it, called the office, a human answered, and immediately found another tech. He arrived within 15 minutes. Identified the problem, fixed it and the bill was very reasonable. In fact i would put this down as the best service/price for the valley i have had in a number of years. These are your guys.
