I’ve had alright experiences in the past here, but I am leaving them as a patient after this last visit. I went in with strep symptoms and tested negative. They ordered a culture and said they’d contact me with the results. I waited 3 days, called them and turned out they failed to order the culture. I spent 3 days miserable and even contacted the urgent care. My whole family is now sick. The seemed indifferent towards my experience. The doctor also said my tonsils looked fine, when in fact I do not have have tonsils. Joke of an experience from beginning to end and am so appalled.

I just changed providers and I could not be happier having met Dr. Marmillo. She is kind , extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. She responds to messages quickly and even followed up in person with me after a procedure with a different provider. Great experience overall.

I have been a patient here for over a year and have been impressed by my care. The administrative staff and nurses seem to keep everything running smoothly and I rarely wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room or the exam room. The only reason this gets 2 stars is because the Doctor (Harrington) seemed to be on his game and did what Doctors are there for. The administrative side was sub-par. It took 2 weeks to get in for a workers' compensation visit (because they limit how many they do in a week), and it took them over 4 weeks to get me an official referral to a Physical Therapist, and me following up 3 times. Additionally, they billed me for 2 months knowing that it was a workers' compensation claim and they had all the contact information for the W/C provider.
For convenience purposes, I returned to get a quote on another visit to have some blood work done, and they said the dr's scheduler would have to call me because the ladies at the front desk didn't know. They took down my information, and 4 days later, I still have yet to receive a call. Just poor administrative practices and processes.

Few nice staff and nurses but far as drs go else where they spend more time off then working and if you have really important test they don’t care they make you wait week to tell you ur dieing or something then check email. Call to ease ur mind.
