I needed a cable for my older model Honda snowblower that had worn out. Even though I was going to do the replacement on my own, Juan was able to research what was needed, order the part and have it delivered to me in a very timely manner. I would highly recommended High Altitude Repair Services.

We purchased a snowblower that was just out of warranty and something was clearly wrong. The engine started racing as soon as it was turned on. A Facebook friend recommended High Altitude, and I can't remember when I've been so impressed. Not only did he find the problem, but noted that the governor "arm" was defective. (It was.) He could have ordered the part and we'd have had it repaired in three weeks. Yeah, right in the middle of Colorado's heaviest snow month? Uh, no. Instead, Juan used his own ingenuity and craftsmanship to FIX the defective part. He literally jury-rigged it back into the shape it needed to be. Who DOES that?!?!?!? Bottom line: Snowblower now works perfectly, and the repair fee was less than we expected. You don't usually come away from a needed repair feeling good. But Juan was so capable, smart, and efficient that he turned the whole thing into a pleasant experience. Obviously, he just earned a lifetime customer, and I'll be letting my own friends on FB know about this place. Thank you, Juan!!!!

I called High Altitude Repair looking for someone who could repair my snow blower engine which I had damaged. Juan came to the rescue and had the snow blower repaired the same day. He is competent and honest. I will go back hopefully for service instead of repairs.

Juan offers a great customer experience. I brought him my pressure washer which had been sitting all winter with gas in it. He tuned it up, changed the oil and gave me a run down on how to properly store the machine. Said he would have it done in a couple days, but he called me 2 hours later saying it was done. I will definitely bring Juan all of my other machines when they need service. Thanks Juan!
