Ordered a product for one of my customer out in the grand valley and on three different occasions they could not fulfill the order. Paperwork and labeling for shipping was not correct and in order thus the product kept getting sent back. They never reached out to let me know my shipment would be delayed. They would blame it on UPS and the problem occurred three times. I tried calling customer service and kept getting voicemails or promises of call backs and never received them. On one occasion their customer service rep Tatiana hung up on me. I got more help and answers from a location in California!! As a business owner I find this completely unprofessional and unproductive. They chose to be reactive rather than proactive in this situation.
