CVS inside Superior's Target has the kindest and most intelligent staff. Whenever there is an issue, they work to fix it and they always treat me with kindness and dignity. I love this pharmacy and this staff in particular.

I have used this pharmacy for many years and it's continued to go downhill after the fires. I have given this pharmacy multiple chances thinking someone just had an off day or the pharmacy is understaffed, etc. Tonight I went to pick up a script that said it was ready and when I got to the counter the employee said she didn't see anything. After asking her for more details she informed me that the medication was out of stock and they think it might be in stock tomorrow. I didn't receive notification about this and I couldn't get ahold of anyone to call and confirm before driving here.

You now have to leave a voicemail and hope someone will call you back. They didn't offer to check the other CVS close by and acted like I was an inconvenience. Trust all of the other bad reviews on here and go elsewhere.

Like many other people reviewing the Superior, CO, CVS Pharmacy, I experienced rudeness, unkindness, and a lack of empathy so demoralizing from the pharmacist, that I will NEVER use that pharmacy again. His arrogant and condescending attitude is one of the worst I've ever experienced and I highly recommend people use a different pharmacy if they can.

Went in for a free* covid booster. Brian, the pharmacist was yelling at me across the pharmacy asking my personal info in front of the line. He swiped my insurance card from my hand and told me thar they don't take my insurance. So he asked if I was gonna pay out of pocket or leave. Extremely rude and unhelpful.

Pre-Covid and pre-CVS this pharmacy was good. Saw the same pharmacist frequently, she was helpful and kind. Now it’s so bad - they don’t answer phones, gave me the incorrect amount of pills (by a LOT!) for an antibiotic, don’t have things ready on time, don’t have things in stock, don’t honor appointments, are rude when they’re actually there because, don’t you know, they’re posted business hours don’t mean a thing and good luck getting corporate to care. My Rx is $300 cheaper at Costco’s pharmacy, they’re nice, they’re helpful and they are organized, so they are open when they say they will be and have things ready when they say they’re ready, and they treat me like a human being. Save yourself the time and the headache and use a different pharmacy.

Extremely unhelpful and rude staff. They do not answer their phones which is wild. I called 3 times during normal business hours in the morning. Call got disconnect twice and then one time the music played for about 7 minutes and then the call just dropped. I talked to Target Guest Services to ask if the pharmacy phones are down and they informed me that no they just don’t answer their phones or use the phone. The guest services employee said that they get called all the time about this and they don’t know why the pharmacy doesn't use their phone .…………So, I had to go in person to get my questions answered. The person ringing me up was extremely unhelpful and rude. The other person I had to talk to was extremely rude and dismissive. When I asked them about the phones, the pharmacist said that there was an emergency and the pharmacist couldn’t answer the phone. I don’t know how you can be a pharmacy and not have a phone. And they continually denied the fact that the phones are down even though I literally called three times and spoke to the target guest services about it.
