Wow! What a place to be a guest. A family owned company who values the importance of their customers. We have been purchasing viega products for over 10 years. We had the opportunity to come out to the Colorado facility for some training. We have been blown away. Could not have made us feel more welcomed 5 star service is an understatement. The training team were super informative, we got to learn about the Viegener family, the original beer tap, and how much the company has grown since the beginning. The biggest takeaway for us was the stamp mark on the product they are selling and really understanding the capabilities, the vigorous testing done before it’s distributed out of the factory and specifically on the copper pro press, and megapress fittings the reassurance that with proper pipe prep and installation it will not fail on us out there in the field! So thankful to experience the beautiful layers of this company! I will for sure be a customer for life!! Viega > Everything. Gave us a terrible experience with their 316SS ProPress Product. They had used the NSF logo to mislead us into thinking that it was a food grade product. Returning the product, unused would have only been accepted with a huge loss. The product itself is useless, being incompatible with any other industry and highly expensive. Customer service was arrogant and laughed that I bought such an unsupported product. Would never trust to purchase any of their products for our developments in the future.

All we wanted was to return the pipe, and not at a 40% loss. From the time we bought it and asked to return it the price alone had gone up 30%.

We still have the steel and are attempting to sell it. Please contact me if you want it back at the price we paid.
