1000% recommend coming here over any other shop in Steamboat. Cody hooked us up with an E-Rig to rent while we spent 4 days on the mountain. The store has an awesome selection of everything!!! Thanks for the awesome experience, and friendly service! Wish I could leave more stars.

Went here three times. And the third will be my last. As an extractor I need a decent pen. I've had good luck with evolves and went to get one, got one, it worked for like 4 days. Came back and with no credit or anything towards a new pen, I upgraded and bought the plus. Not even 24 hours later the thing won't even charge. So i drive 30 minutes to the shop and what do they say? No returns call the manufacturer. Wow... so i spent 10 extra bucks elsewhere and switched my loyalty to a different shop.

This shop is great. I purchased a bag from them that frayed and broke after a few months. In order to get the manufacturer to replace it I needed a receipt. I called 30 minutes before closing and Cody very patiently stayed on the phone with me for 15 minutes while he looked back through months of transactions to produce a receipt for me. He was extremely helpful and told me to call them again if the manufacturer gave me problems. Excellent customer service!

He sat there talking to another customer about cartoons while I bad a look around. He finishes up, only to kick me out because I didn't have an ID. A swift, "No ID? You've got to get out." Steamboat smoke shop across the street is 20x better. Better staff, better selection and you don't need an ID if you look older that 27!

This is a great shop with huge inventory, so much to look at.
Steve was great at explaining everything and service after sell. I lost a piece on the way home and he was very helpful getting me a new one. ( sending it to me as I live 8 hours away)

I’ve gone there the past two days and both time the disposable vapes have started to burn and die within the hour. They either need to throw everything away and get new stock or at least tell people how long the vapes have been sitting there. Disgusting
