I lost the keys to my F-150 and I am several hours from home. The two gentlemen that helped me were Martin in parts and Tim in service. Their care and help was was very touching and had me in my feels. I am a veteran and when I told them I needed some help with the costs of the replacement keys, they did all they could to make it more affordable for me, thanked me for my service and the lady who works the front desk even bought me a Coke. I was an out of towner passing through on my way to Oregon when I had a breakdown. Being an emergency when I brought my vehicle here I was in a state of panick as I was a long ways from home but the service department took great care of me and had me back on the road in just a few hours. A big thank you to Mr. Alan Nehaus the technician as he went above and beyond for me to ensure my family could get back on the road that day even though the repair went into after hours!

They made a school boy error when servicing the vehicle and was disputed. Service manager was called who recognized the error and promptly agreed that the paperwork had to be rectified regarding the correct milage. I am still waiting for the rectified paperwork!

Had to get a modem upgrade in order to use remote start. Mike in the parts dept got the obscure part and Tim installed it to perfection, even contacting me to try it before coming to get my vehicle. Outstanding experience!
