I took my 5 year old computer in for repair. They suggested a new hard drive. Upon pick up, my computer still had the same issue for which I brought it in, $156.00 and a new hard drive later. They offered no recourse for me. What a huge waste! I should never have mentioned that I am not very savvy as far a computers go.I Am a local 69 year old woman and am so very saddened and disappointed!
