The people there are wonderful and super helpful. But the prices are just absolutely outrageous. +$300 to talk to a PA for 10 minutes, and +$440 for an assistant to put on a hard cast. They coded it as “Surgery” to apply a cast. Completely ridiculous and their Billings are close to a scam.

I visited the Fraser office and have no concerns about the care I received; however, I do have serious concerns about their billing practices. This practice charges a full office visit fee just to deliver test results—a practice I’ve never encountered with any other healthcare provider. Typically, I've been contacted directly to discuss results, or they've left a message if I was unavailable. Here, they scheduled a brief 5-minute phone call that resulted in a referral to a pain specialist, yet they still charged me the full office visit rate. If you choose this practice, be prepared to pay a full office visit fee for something as simple as a referral. When I called to inquire about the charge, the representative curtly responded that this is their standard procedure and hung up before I could finish the conversation. Very disappointing and it seems like they're taking advantage of patients with unnecessary fees.

Dr Johnston and his staff are the most compassionate and kind people who truly care about their patients.

They all went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and walked out of their clinic pain free and on the road to a full recovery.

I highly recommend to anyone in need of an Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr Johnston and his staff are absolutely amazing!

Very professional staff from start to finish. Needed minor hand surgery, but treated like a VIP. Joan, the PA was great, explained the process and what to expect. Sailor, my nurse, good with the IV needle, and even better with coffee during recovery. 👍👍

I just want to say that this place is not the place to be. I visited the orthopedic dr concerning a acl and meniscus surgery. He said take meniscus out and go on. And it would take a month for surgery and I needed a physical first. Yuk. Suffering in pain I went to meeker orthopedics in meeker co. The doctor said that I need surgery right now immediately because my meniscus was in jeopardy of loosing it all and the acl needed to be replaced also. And without my acl I would have surgery again because of re injuring my meniscus again. My surgery is final and glad I made the choice to have advanced orthopedics do it. Is all these people think about is a skier only. Thanks meeker orthopedics
