Rented a board and some skis for a few days. The equipment was fine, nothing great, but they overcharged me and it took a half hour the next day to get it sorted out. The way they do their accounting they don't put your items on the receipt, just the total. That makes it seem kinda shady. They probably overcharge a lot of people who don't notice.

Brought my boots in for fitting after suspecting they were too large. Doug quickly helped me and got me set up with new boots and binding remount. He also gave me some great advice and tips with the boots. Can’t thank him enough!!! 10/10 would recommend Ski Haus for a great selection and friendly staff.

Ski haus has always been a solid ski/snowboard shop. My most recent purchase of a split board went very smoothly with Justin. He was very knowledgeable and understanding. I'm super stoked to ride my 1st ever split board and first ever Jones snowboard. Thank you for everything!

Very very disappointed in Ski Haus. Especially with their boot department. Went there a couple weeks ago to get a buckle replaced on my Scarpa boot. They fixed the boot within 1 hour. Used the boots twice, and the buckle fell off. Went back and told them I needed it fixed again, and that I use this boot everyday for work. They said no problem we will get it done quickly. Went back three days later, the boot still hadn’t been touched. Had to take the boot back broken cause I needed it for work. It should not take three days to put a buckle back on a boot. Very disappointed!

We did end up buying a few things and the price did add up rather quickly. They have a ton of options in the store and it's nice inside.

The staff we dealt with were super helpful and friendly. There are not too many options in town, but overall we will be back again.

Great customer service at a very reasonable price!

We found this place after looking up places to rent our ski sets. This place turned out to be the most cheapest, kindest and well-equipped rental store around the town. We were able to rent our skis for almost the half price compared to the nearby shops. Staffs are super knowledgeable and friendly. We went back to the store to change the boots size and other services, and the staffs helped us with great customer service. We will definitely go back to this store in the future for sure!
