Recently had my fireplace serviced by Mountain Home. From the time I called to schedule appointment, I had a great experience. The person I spoke with was friendly, funny, knowledgable, and very helpful! The tech that serviced my fireplace arrived ahead of schedule, and was able to troubleshoot the issues I was having with ease. He was also very considerate removing his shoes and not making a mess when he cleaned the unit. Also very friendly! Highly recommend Mountain Home for all of your fireplace needs!

They blew me off last year, it was too late in the season. All set up early this year and cancelled my appointment when I confirmed the day before. I know businesses are short staffed but it’s not an excuse for rudeness. There is no other company capable of fixing my chimney. I was even going to pay a ridiculous up front cost because I’m 30 minutes away. Lying to make excuses is no way to do business

I've deleted my previous review and now simply stating STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE After 4 months, they've taken my money and ran. The job isn't finished and they've endangered my small children (ages 1 and 2) by installing a chimney that leaks. I had to call someone else to fix their work. Pictures of their poor craftsmanship and a video of the leaking chimney are all it should take to stay away. Let their work provide their own review.

The guys were great. Came on time, were super clean, did a nice job, explained to me all kinds of stuff I did not know about my fireplace. For sure I will be using them in the future.
