Brad was great to work with and really knows his stuff. Fully dedicated to make the bike you want and he gave me great ideas to improve upon what I initially wanted. He matched the geometry of my damaged bike with great upgrades. Amazing welder. Fully responsive. He's just going to get busier once more people hear about him. I was lucky to get ahead of a huge future demand for his attention to detail and outstanding bikes. Thanks Brad!

I wanted a custom Ti hardtail because of my short legs and long torso and arms. My entire experience of ordering a bike was great, from an initial call with Hannah, to multiple discussions with Brad, to receiving a bike expertly assembled by Ed. Given most of my riding is in the PNW, I wanted something more aggressive with modern geometry and Brad worked with me to sort everything out. I now have a bike that fits great and rides great for the terrain where I live - I take it where I used to only ride my full suspension bike. It has crashed a few times and I have replaced some components but the frame is still perfect. It is clear that it is a bike made by people who love bikes, and it is nice to support a North American small business that takes pride in what they make.

Winter ‘23 I took delivery of my Bingham Built touring single. I was able to ride it a few times before weather and (unfortunately) health took me off the bike till July ‘24. I finally started training on this bike and last week completed my first mini-tour (176 miles) with panniers. The frame construction was PERFECT and I felt no imbalance from the extra weight. Stand pedaling just felt like stand pedaling regardless of the panniers. Brad suggested a 1x12 SRAM eTap system and it performed flawlessly. Climbs were no issue. The bottom line was, Brad listened to me and built the perfect bike for my touring plans. Bingham Built knocked this one out of the park.

I had previously ridden an Eriksen, and was not looking to improve upon it. Unfortunately, it was destroyed in an accident with a vehicle. I immediately knew that I could only replace the Eriksen with a Bingham Built, and I contacted Brad. Throughout the process, I could not have asked for a better experience. He was always available to patiently answer my questions and clearly discuss options, he was upfront about all pricing issues, and he listened to my preferences and offered honest feedback and advice, without ever acting like a salesperson. Every step of the relationship was easy, every conversation was friendly, pleasant, and relaxed, and it was evident that I was buying from a person and a craftsman, and not just a company. While I have not yet ridden the bike due to an injury, it is built exactly as I asked it to be. Working with Brad was a pleasure, and given the opportunity, I would not hesitate for a moment to contact him again. Needless to say, I await the first ride with great excitement and anticipation.

I have 2 handbuilt bikes from Built and Eriksen. What to say but that they are amazing. Fast, forgiving, strong and beautiful. I rode one across america and the other is routinely employed in riding in the pacific northwest. Elegant and well designed and fabricared. Brads input and timely support has been amazing. Simply a great company to work with.
