Really missing the old print shop and level of customer service they used to offer. My partner and I are steamboat locals and have had now three awful encounters with Brittany the sales clerk specifically. Each time we have come for help she has met us with extreme and undeserved attitude. Came in recently excited to get a print done for my upcoming wedding and was immediately shot down with attitude. Was never given any options from her on how to possibly complete the job or asked how they could help me come up with a solution. Brittany then proceeded to speak negatively about me to a customer while I was still in store. The owner did come around eventually to finally ask how they could maybe help, which was all I was really looking for, but I had such a bad taste in my mouth and was nearly in tears from frustration I needed to leave immediately. It’s unfortunate they continue to keep employees that are disrespectful and not helpful to customers. In a small town I pride myself on trying to order local but looks like I will be outsourcing any printing or shipping needs.
