I wish I could give more “Stars”!
We are in Breckinridge for a family trip and ended up needing a speciality audio cable - and needed it during a snow storm. Even though Jay was sick, and it was heavy snow, he made the effort and was able to get us the cable we needed.
VERY professional, knowledgeable (needed a cable for medical device), and all around helpful to us-

Aweful! Does not follow up or stand behind work. Requested to fix problems for additional pay and refused. Another tech came in only to find work substandard and fixed the problem in 20 min.
