3M was the perfect delivery! They have a waiting area for overnight parking. Check in guards were friendly and the guys at Building 1 were friendly and professional! I was out quick and easy. They even offered me coffee and water. I appreciate a customer that appreciate truck drivers! It’s a rare thing these days. Keep up the great work 3M!!!

Nice manicured facility. Quick in and out. Tank unloader/operator professional and courteous. There is some parking for overnight at guard shack. Will be badged to enter. 1st time visitors watch safety video....5min.

Easy in easy out. 5 minute safety video but no biggie, they give you a card for in case you deliver there again so you don't have to watch the video again. Plenty of room to manuver.

Park Semi Truck and have to watch safety video before entering property . Got loaded right after safety video. Bring straps or load bars and no cell phone/video on premises. Ladies at security are very nice.

Delivering chemical. The ladies at the security office are really friendly. Needed papers faxed to 3M they supplied the fax # and let me know when they got them. The guy’s escorting me in are also very friendly. This our 1st time with this product so we had paperwork issues we just laughed it off and worked together.

Make sure to call and setup appointment. Allow extra time if you haven't been here before to watch safety video. Officer Debbie was very nice and explained everything.

The guard has a really bad attitude. He gave me some information but I didn't hear him. I said excuse me (meaning could you repeat that). He then starts talking to me extra slow like I was mentally ill or had a developmental disability.
Dude chill I just didn't hear what you. Great way to start his New Year.

Awful place to have to go to. I was a vending contractor with Mid South Vending at 3M. I have never dealt with more ridiculous people. They eat and and eat quicker than you can give them stuff and then they are calling and complaining when they don't have something. They are rude and inconsiderate. I'm very glad that I don't have to deal with these people any more.
