Hard to find at first, but it's at the end of the dirt road running along train tracks. The staff is very knowledgeable and the prices are very competitive! All of their lumber is rough sawn but they offer surfacing of lumber to dimension in 3-5 business days for a flat rate. They will also mill trim and custom profiles with about 3-4 weeks lead time. Huge selection of plywood as well (oak, alder, maple, birch, mahogany, cherry, and other hardwoods/exotics. Know what you are looking for and they will show you the way around. Load up rough lumber first and get a ticket then pay. Plywood is pay first, then load. You need a business account with them, but its easy to set up. Highly recommended

Wellco is great. Competetive prices, even though they have basically no competition in the Springs they still have the best prices in the whole region. Good people and great service. The only thing I don't like is they don't take credit cards, and require a commercial account. But if you can swing that they're the best!

Was just there to look at some boards and the board i wanted was 3 boards down and they wanted to charge me a sorting fee for 3 board that I had to move. I will never recommend these people to anyone.

I come here to get poplar 4 quarter 8x8 not only they are higher in cost of most mills but to get 8 wide i have to pay extra yhey call it a sorting charge anf up charge it to get 8 wide because everything on the top of the pile is 6 and less what a racket my company will never use them again and when you talk to the owner he has no care and when i say my company wont be using them he says thank you and hangs up on me horrible
