TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE
If you have a family especially , DO NOT STAY HERE. IT IS NOT SAFE! There are CONSTANT car break ins, people’s wallets & guns are being stolen. Our camera was ripped right off the top of our garage and another neighbors was torched. There’s been random people trying to go around and open people’s doors. The property and maintenance staff do not care about anything. The maintenance man came to fix our water heater one morning, the same day when we got home our entire house was flooded and i mean the entire house. The water heater is on the top floor for some reason and our second floor was literally raining from the ceiling and water was dripping from the outside of the house as well. we lost half of all our belongings & property staff did not care at all that because of THEIR staff we lost half of the things we worked hard for. Our daughter lost her entire bedroom. Not to mention the insurance they recommend that we were paying every month for, did absolutely nothing about it. The property staff did not pay for anything they did to us or what we lost. & not only was the property manager extremely rude to us throughout the entire situation, they tried to act like it was something natural that was gonna happen anyway, if the maintenance man was there that morning why didn’t he notice it It’s not a coincidence the same day he was there was the same day it flooded. They put us in a hotel the first night & then just didn’t contact us for three days and we were constantly calling the office. NOBODY EVER PICKS UP. Then this morning my husband wakes up to go to work just to find out someone came in the middle of the night and drilled holes in his gas tank!!! For the rent they charge every month especially, this place is ghetto . I do not recommend and I’m sure all of my neighbors feel the same. Stay far away if you can!

Having moved in almost a month ago I can say I'm pleased that my wife and I have chose to live here. Neighborhood is quite and clean. Moving in was easy and jade took care of all our questions throughout the process. Would recommend!

Really happy with the community and Jade the property manager is really timely with questions and issues that may come up. Jade is also very professional and caring. The community is well taken care of and really close to everything convenient. I've had a lot of negative experiences in the past with management companies and this isn't one to be worried out.

I have lived here for over four years and since the newest management company took over they have been AWFUL. Like most of the other reviews say the office will never respond. In the last year I have left over two dozen voicemails, a handful of emails on my resident portal and tons of emails to Jade, Stephanie, and Norma and none of them ever respond. The picture below is not even a fraction of the times I have reached out and you can see they just don’t get back to you.

The front office doesn’t even have someone to answer your only option is to leave a message. Regardless if you have maintenance, lease, or financial questions you will be completely ignored. I would not recommend anyone live here due to their complete unprofessionalism and complete inability to do their job.

I really do love living here. Getting in was a process and a little rough and frustrating. As per previous comments, it is hard to get ahold of the office directly!
If you can't get ahold of them directly. I suggest reaching out to griffis blessing corporate office. They are super nice and knowledgeable about their properties. However, I do not suggest abusing that line as they get busy. Kid-friendly and the neighbors are all nice to one another. I had a few issues when I moved in and they got in here fast to fix it. The maintenance guy is super nice. I love how they are set up, They feel clean, Big, and well-kept.
The piles of trash as mentioned below. Are mattresses and blankets? They do occur behind the buildings. It is not a substantial amount of stuff. I believe it is homeless people. I am not sure. However, No one has bothered us or walked by our gate. They seem to stay up by the hill.
We also have motion lights on the porches. So, if someone does walk by the porch will light up.
Homelessness is not the property's fault. Anywhere in the springs/Denver/Pueblo ect has this ongoing issue.

Office doesnt answer phone calls or emails. If interested in living somewhere where the property managers are non-existent, this is your place.

Good place to live in but no one in the office ever answers our calls! It’s hard to keep in touch with management in here.
