Staff was nice n helpful. But strict appointmnt othewise fine upto250$ even if u late 15 mints either and they will took5 to 6 hours to laod you ? they ask for straps or load bars

I checked in @1225 (I had a 1400 appt). To my surprise they put me on the door and I was loaded by 1340. BUT I walked in signed my BOLs and asked for the seal, they said someone would be out to put it on my trailer ....1500 still waiting apparently they do not tell you that they seal your trailer. No knock on the door no wave. What a waste of time.

The lot is a bit confusing, I was sent to the wrong building but everyone was helpful to get me to the right spot. The guard lady was very welcoming and helpful. 11 a.m. appointment and was in and out in under an hour. Really no complaints with my experience.

Very nice ladies at guard shack, and the lady in the shipping office was pleasant.

Only problem is getting loaded took longer than expected. Not really a staging area either. Sat in dock for about 4 1/2 hrs ?

No overnight parking.

Very friendly staff. I arrived at 1720 for an 1800 appointment. I was parked in front of the dock with my doors closed picking up a freezer load. I was loaded by 1940. Overall very good experience would definitely go back.

Very friendly staff at the gaurdshack, as well as in the receiving office! In and out to pick up a load in about 2 hours. No overnight parking but major truckstop is only 15 minutes down the road.

It's a great place to set for hours and hours wasting time if you like sitting with no restroom . and taking hours to unload come on by for a rest stop....got trucks lined up waiting for 1 dock door.....ive been here 5 times that's 5 too many...there nice at guard shack but it stopped there...you can tell they get paid by the hour ? slow like a snail with a anchor..
