I had a great experience at this store in mid June 2018, a day that went bad early. My daughter and I were traveling across country towing a small Uhaul trailer and blew a rod. We had to get towed in here and swap the trailer for a small truck and UHual tow dolly immediately to get us home to California. The Uhaul rep (wish I remembered his name) was very pleasant and accommodating helping the transaction go smoothly. Cant thank him enough for helping things go right on a pretty bad day.

The employees tend to scatter when I enter, each time. It feels uncomfortable. I just bought what I was looking for and quickly headed out. I'm not naive, and it's sad that people still have biased thoughts and actions in our country. The place seems and feels discriminatory in Strasburg.

Had a couple of air hoses repaired. They did a good job and they're just like new, even though they're 30 years old 🙂 Price for the fittings was very acceptable

Went to this NAPA on advice of many community members. Was not sorry! Was told if purchased a new battery it would be installed. They do not have to do this. It was service above and beyond. Even though it turned out to be a difficult installation out in the cold-Randy and Roger made it look easy with smiles on their faces the entire time. Great crew of people there. I was not steered wrong. Will most definitely go back. Such kind, caring, knowledgeable people. They made my day. A+ experience in ever way.

I strongly recommend NAPA for anyone who needs tools, parts or any fluids.

Last week, on a colder day, my 2010 F350 deisel stuttered and then stalled. I pulled over to look at a few things then drove to Strasburg. I went to NAPA to ask them what they thought and a young man asked me 2 questions and told me that my fuel gelled up. He told me what product to buy. I put it in the tank and have not had any problems since.

I have never had my truck gel up before and didn't know what product I should use. A young man showed me a few options, some were anti-gel rescue and others were preventative to keep it from happening again.
- the least expensive, but effective products (separate products for each problem)
- another economical product that works for both problems
- a more effective (one for preventative and one for rescue), but also more expensive

and

- the best, but also one of the the most expensive

I went with the least expensive rescue (Deisel 911) and one of the most expensive preventative (BG 245). I have used BG 44K in my gas engines for years with great results.

I trust Ed and the men and women who work for him. I would send my boys, wife, mother and anyone else to Strasburg NAPA for anything mechanical.
