Matt did a great job fixing my furnace right before a winter storm. He took his time inspecting everything and made sure it was running at 100% before he left. I appreciated that he explained what he was doing along the way, it made me feel confident in the work he was doing. He also helped me figure out some long term solutions so I (hopefully) won’t have to deal with the same issue again. Solid service, and I’d definitely call him again if I ever need HVAC work.

Are there words higher that Exceptional, Excellent, Amazing? I could go on and on, Darrin came our to look at the heater and water tank in my RV. Brand new, dealership blew me off.... However Darrin came out the next day, after I called. He spent a little over 2 hours trying to find issue. He didn't even charge me, he said he couldn't find the issue. Even though they usually don't work in RVs, Darrin came our anyway! Thanks Darrin, You ARE GREAT!!! Also enjoyed conversation with him! God Bless You ALL, take good care🙂

Contacted U.S. Mechanical about a possible gas leak and they arrived within an hour during a snow storm. Matt was very friendly, professional and thorough. He determined we needed a new shut off valve and completed the repair efficiently. They will definitely be my first call on any future issues.

My mother's a/c was out when we had a heat wave earlier this month, I called this company they were out ther within 3 hours and had it up and running. Matt Gonzales was the tech that did the service he was very professional accurate in his findings and polite and thorough with explanations of issue. I would use this company again.

I love this place! Finally a business that proves that they have the customer’s best interest and n mind. They have a price sheet including labor and parts so there is no doubt they are charging exactly the same thing for every issue. You know there is no secret increases in the end. The technician was very knowledgeable and fair. I really enjoyed my experience even though we knew we would have to replace our furnace.
