I've been designing and 3D printing for 10+ years, and taking prototypes into molded production. i've been looking for a new 3D printer that can prototype quickly AND be resolute enough for pre-production parts. So I've been sending files to many online 3D shops to test different printers. Stephen and his team have been FAST, professional, and honest about pros/cons of different models. Once we buy another printer, we still plan on using their services.

The 3D Printing Store and Nick A. did an outstanding job. Our company purchased two Mercedes Metris vans as service vehicles. We feared that driving up to a customer's house in a Mercedes can appear to be a little ostentatious. After a little research we found that the Mercedes star can be easily removed. The blank space looked bad too. We sent the star off to The 3D Printing store and within a short time Nick had recreated the insert with our logo and the very intricate attachment tabs in back. Right out of the box the new emblem snapped perfectly into place. The fit and finish are truly perfect. Thank you 3D Printing Team!

Stephan is the best! Ive come here multiple times for all my tricky projects, and they have delivered absolutely wonderful results every-time. Even repaired my personal 3d printer! They have reasonable prices, and are extremely nice people. If your looking to get something produced in any quantity, this is the group to do it at.

I contacted the 3d Printing Store after a google search. I was looking to have some custom parts made for a niche product I have.
I received a reply to my request for a quote the same day and had pricing and specifics worked out as well. The quote was well within reason for a hobby/niche print and a very small order. I was given a 2-3 day time line but the product was ready to pickup the next day.
When I picked up the product, they informed me the first couple they printed were warped and weren't up to their standards. I was given my original order which had no defects and they also offered the first runs as well. This was great because the extras would work for my use case, so it was a nice little bonus. Not to mention that it shows a level of pride and respect for my small project items.

Provided files and spoke with them on the phone. They ensured me their engineers can make my product.
My product was roughly 16mm x 18mm x 8mm.
While they were working on my parts, not once did they call me to let me know of the failures.
I came to pick up my product and none of the parts fit.
Manager didn't even consider reimbursing partial payment.

Updated Response:
So you are going to lie that I broke my own parts? You have no integrity.
As far as the broken parts...the parts I received were broken upon receiving them.
So they knew the parts were broken and didn't notify me beforehand.
Manager offered to make part again, but I refused the offer.
They should know their limitations and not lie, and say they can.
Keep my $300, and keep believing you can't improve quality service.
