Once they have your money it is bye bye. We are so disappointed. Got the run around for months. So frustrating. Truly wonder where all the good reviews came from. I think they know you are not well so they take advantage.
This company has been purchased by First Class Medical. Thought would receive better service. No same, it is your problem we do not take responsibility for the problem that we created.
Very helpful and kind during sale and set up but when a problem arises that may cost them money they go not my problem so sorry.

From the beginning I really wanted an Inogen. I guess I was so eager that I let my salesman’s convincing double talk make me think he was doing me a favor. First he answered the phone “on his way home for the day”. So I was grateful and rushed. He quoted so many prices even he didn’t remember his final offer. I was overcharged and had to be reimbursed a couple hundred bucks. My unit wouldn’t start correctly. He referred me to the customer service department. They were better than him. Shortly after I had to replace the column assembly for $200.
More mystery problems and another $90. Later I had to send my unit back to Florida to have it serviced. When I got it back it did work better, however I think they replaced my unit with another used one. I labeled what I sent them and got back a different one. It does work better. I found out I could have bought one for $500. cheaper if I had used another sales representative and maybe I wouldn’t have gotten a “lemon” cause I would have been sent a whole other unit.

I purchased a portable sprylife 5 in March of 2022. Paid $2350 for a new unit & extra battery. Here we are 6 months latter no extra battery. I have called, emailed many times always an excuse of being on back order. That is just BS.
Don’t sell equipment with extra batteries if they are not available. This makes the unit just not usable as a portable.
You are practicing fraud. Take back the portable unit refund me. My $2350. Because the unit is useless as a portable.

Be very careful when purchasing from SpryLyfe. They are not honest, nor transparent in their dealings. They state that they give you 5 days after receiving the portable concentrator to return it without a 25% restocking fee. If you exchange for a another portable concentrator and you don't like it and decide to return it, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Your 5 days begin when you ordered the first portable concentrator. They don't inform you of this information. Even when I asked over and over again every time I talked with them, making sure I contacted them within the 5 days of wanting to return it, so I wouldn't have a restocking fee. I was never informed until I talked to Customer Service inquiring about my refund, that I would be charged a 25% restocking fee. I wouldn't have ordered or exchanged the first concentrator, for a second concentrator if I would have know this.

Great customer service when they are selling you something but falls flat if you have any problem after delivery. My new Arya Max made so much noise it would have been embarrassing to use in public. They could hear the noise over the phone and I was told it was a factory malfunction that they were aware of as others had reported the same problem. I’m on oxygen 24/7 and needed this portable for doctor appointments etc. it took exactly one month of hassle back and forth to get it returned to them. I was told a new one would be sent out when the malfunctioning one was received. I tried repeatedly to talk to someone once I saw they had received it but all that great service was gone and I was pretty much ignored. I put a bank hold on the charge as I no longer trusted them. That amount has since been credited. I never did get my replacement but went to another company and got an Inogen One G5 .
Living with breathing problems is stressful enough without having to go through all that carry-on.

My dad passed away after buying a new Oxygen concentrator and 3 extra batteries and charger. Total use of the system was about 4 hours before he was rushed to hospital. I have contacted SpryLyfe Customer Service at least 5 times never getting a response,. They claimed to have a buy back program but don't seem to be interested in it. Very poor customer service if you ever get through the maze and constant ringing due to nobody answering the phone. Email was also unsuccessful with no response after several attempts. It has been now been 3 months since his passing. They are more interested in selling than offering customer service therefore the poor rating.

I purchased a portable O2 concentrator for my son. We were in a bind because we were going to be traveling and he needed something that was FAA compatible. I reached out to SpryLyfe and I they rushed me the device and we were able to go on our trip. The agent I spoke with was amazing and was very attentive to our needs. They did a great job from start to finish.

I had the same experience as the previous gentlemen. We ordered a oxygenator for my mother in law who is very tight on funds and Spry life sent the wrong machine she is on 8 and they sent her a machine that only goes to 6. The batteries we order never showed up at all. We tried to return it and they said no they would replace it with the right machine and we could exchange. We waited for 2 months then we told them we wanted to return it regardless now. Spry Lyfe said no it was over 30 days after much persistence we were ale to get them to agree to the return. They returned $2,965 however we paid $4,198 dollars when I asked about the discrepancy they said it was restocking fee $900 and something I said that is weird we are $1233 short so that doesn't make sense. Please beware this company is abusive and stealing from the elderly community we need to boycott this behavior as the elderly are on such a limited income as it is, we don't need companies like this stealing from them.
