Love it, Love It. I used it for a 19 states in 19 days trip. I had no issue what so ever. Had two extra batteries and only had to use a second battery on occasion. I use it even at home so I am not tied to a stationary concentrator. Well worth the investment.

Very pushy to get their sale from you. And they mislead with everything. From return policy to repair help. All of it was lies when I was sold the concentrator. Our units charging port broke and it has been two weeks with no response. Thankfully the actual manufacturer of the unit responded and is having me send unit to them. Do not buy from them.

I really enjoyed talking with the young lady who helped me. She did a great job of explaining how the equipment worked and what I would need. I ordered the concentrator and she said I would have it in 2 days. I had it the next morning. It works great and they are there if you have questions or need help. They are a great company and very helpful. They also do their best to get you the lowest price they can. I enjoyed working with them.

Purchased Inogen One G4 portable oxygen concentrator from LPT. Service was fast as was shipping. After about 8 months, warning light came on with alarm to replace the columns. Called LPT, replacement columns covered under warranty, shipped out no charge, express delivery, got in 2 days, clear instructions included, easy to change. I am happy with them and will use them again..

I bought the SeQual Unit for my wife and she really likes it. It gives her the ability to drive around in her car with a charged battery and charge with the car adapter at the same time and not have to worry about running out of oxygen in those small cylinder tanks. It fits great in the front passenger side floor board and it's really quiet. I would highly recommend it and LPT!!

I have not been very happy with my Inogen G4. The columns went bad early on and I bought new ones, then it still didn't perform correctly, so I sent it in for repair. When it was returned (it took a solid month to get it back to me even though the Inogen repair warehouse is 20 miles from my house). It still wasn't working correctly (they replaced it with a used unit) and now they say I need a new battery. The employees themselves have tried to be helpful but I am just disappointed that I have not been able to get the service out of this product that I expected. I would expect these problems more if I used it everyday for the last two years. But in fact, I only use it on occasion.

The gentleman at LPT Medical that helped me get my Inogen One G5 was Ryan Sullivan. He made the experience very pleasant. I gave him my doctors telephone number and Ryan took it from there. I have definitely enjoyed my oxygen concentrator and take it everywhere I go. I don't have to worry about running out of oxygen no matter how long I'm out and about. The weight and size of my concentrator makes it very easy to manage. I have had it for quite a while now with no problems at all.
