Service is great except when they charge you an overage fee for a dumpster that is barely over full.

I think my driver is awesome. I am never disappointed with my service by him and when I do get the chance to say hello, he is always happy and does such an excellent job manuvering the dumpster and place it back exactly as I like it.

They would not pick up one week, so we would have extra trash the following week, therefore having bags on the ground outside of the trash can, then when they WOULD pick it up, they would leave the extra bags beside the trash can. Very unprofessional and lazy workers. I talked to customer service and they said they don't pick up any extra trash outside of the can.... So what are we supposed to do when they don't come for a week and the can is filled Just became ridiculous.

Not reliable. I have to wait and be transferred multiple times. The only time I hear from them is if they call and ask if I want a bigger dumpster due to overflowing garbage which was due to their lack of picking up regularly.

Very poor customer service and will charge fees for the smallest things... 40$ to dump my dumpster but if its over the top line its $150 overfull charge.. contracts all rollover very shady company... WATCH OUT HIGHLY RECCOMEND GOING ELSEWHERE!
