Stopped in after a frustrating experience at Home Depot. The ladies at the counter and the dude out back in the yard were Uber helpful and turned my whole day around.

Honestly, the way they helped me was enough for me to ditch Home Depot in the future unless Mead simply doesn't have what I need I stock.

Terrible service. Called ahead to have chainsaw looked at in parking lot. I had babies in vehicle n did not want to bring them in store, plus carry a chainsaw! Manager stood in parking lot hollering at me to bring chainsaw in the store. I left, n went to Ok auto, they gave me great parking lot service. Not a very helpful manager, no compassion at Mead lumber. Will no longer go to there.

The people there always great you and by name if they know you. The people in departments remember who you work for and will ask if this is for ABC Co. They are very price compatible with the big boxes. Very good store.
