This shop not only provides excellent, personalized service, but also the mechanics are super friendly, hard-working, and extremely knowledgeable!

I had to go in multiple times because there was a mystery issue with my bike. And every time I went in, they remembered who I was, what the problem was, and dropped everything to troubleshoot with me. I felt taken care of and respected, and they fixed the issue!

I HIGHLY recommend these guys for all your bike service needs (and for a friendly hang while you wait).

They care and they try, and they get your bike tuned up super quickly so you can get back out there and ride!

Dirt. just built out a gravel bike for me and I was genuinely surprised by how professional, attentive to detail and kind everyone was. I showed up with a frame and a pile of components I hoped would work. Those guys were incredibly diligent and communicative working through parts I showed up with, sourcing what I still needed and patiently advising to make sure the bike came out awesome. I couldn’t be more stoked on the bike and look forward to my next experience at the shop, thank you guys so much!

Great experience with Brandon the team at Dirt! They did a stellar job servicing my front and rear DVO suspension... feels real guuud right now! They also replaced my Renthal stem after it broke during service. Props you all for being on top of the game!

What a great bike shop! I had the pleasure of working with Brendan & Dan when buying a new bike, and was impressed every step of the way. Brendan did a phenomenal job with the buildup; wheels are true, cables are routed professionally, torque specs nailed, he even guessed my inseam and nailed the seat height! I was able to take it out for a rip straight from the shop, and it felt great, even after a quick setup because I felt bad about arriving 10 minutes before close. Support your LBS, this one comes highly recommended!

I recently came to Aspen for weekend race and these guys were such a huge help. I made multiple trips to the shop throughout the weekend to replace accessories and a tire. They also gave my bike a quick once over on the spot, which seems unheard of these days. I love that they stock Deity, Ibis and Rocky Mountain, to name a few. All of the employees are super friendly and happy to help. I also rode a few stages during the race with the owner, Brandon. Super nice dude! Thanks Dirt Service Center for keeping my bike running all weekend!

They helped us out when we were in a pinch. My husbands got his road bike less than a year ago and it was pretty much never set up properly when we left the shop. He’s been having trouble with the gears and shifting anytime we took it out. He called up this shop and they took us in right away. They were able to fix the issues with the gears and also checked on a number of other things to make sure we were safe to ride. Really appreciate your help! Highly recommend!

These guys are the best! Knowledgeable, quick turn around, reasonably priced and the least pretentious bike shop you will ever experience. I feel very fortunate to have a local bike shop like this in Aspen.
