Friendly staff but the quality of food has dropped significantly in recent years. The hot drinks are served warm the food - is an also not hot when it arrives. The food itself is fine for bar food but often feels like you can just make the same stuff at home- nothing special. Would be better if it was served hot!

jeremy is amazing! we had a big family group and he took the best care of us. food was incredible (I’d die for the truffle fries) and the rosemary mule cocktail was a perfect way to end the day. we’ll be back!

The restaurant was about 1/3 filled when we asked to get seated as a party of five. They told us it would take 15 minutes, but it ended up being 30 minutes as they explained the kitchen was very backed up, even though only 1/3 of the seats were filled and the menu is very simple.

The $28 chili that I ordered was cold, but to be honest, didn’t wanna say anything as it took 30 minutes to come out. Same for the Buffalo wings, which they ended up bringing out some weird dry rub coating not buffalo wings.

Our waiter was very pleasant and apologetic about the weight for the food.

Seriously, for $300 table of five for lunch I expect more and base camp bar and Grill should be embarrassed. My first job was a bus boy and I have worked some very horrible jobs so yes, I know these things happen but they really should’ve provided a discount n

A top notch après spot in Aspen Colorado. The view of the mountain from the upstairs patio can’t be beat - we even caught a beautiful sunset. Great service (S/O to Alex who was fantastic), food and drinks. They had lots of local brews on draft, including my favorite hazy IPA from Aspen Brewing Co. For food, we tried the Chip N’ Dip which came with guacamole and queso. The perfect snack after a day on the slopes. Highly recommend!

Located at base of Snowmass village, provides a great choice of food. Every dish is very well prepared and delicious. Staff is extremely attentive and make sure you are well taken care of. Great place to take a break during skiing

My sister was super hangry and Jeremy made sure to get our food out to us in less than 5 minutes. Really appreciated the attention and the great service, and he was super friendly too. Great experience

My brother, roommate and I stopped here in between skiing and while the food was great the service was horrible. Our waitress, Jenine was very rude to us. She could be having a bad day. After asking her twice for ranch we had to ask someone else to bring it to us. (okay not a big deal) But she only checked on us once so we were out of water for the rest of our meal. It wasn’t that busy. As we were paying our tab she kept asking us the price of the food. Confused because she works there and didn’t know the price? It is one tab per table which we weren’t made aware of until we paid. Which is fine but we did put two payments down. It caused the biggest deal bc we asked to put chicken fingers on one tab and Jenine kept asking us how much money to put on one tab. I think we spent 10 min alone on saying “put the chicken tenders and tater tots on this card” and her responding “so how much money am I supposed to put on that card?” She made us get a calculator out and calculate how much the chicken tenders and tater tots were. While the food was great the service really makes a place. As people that have all worked in the service industry we didn’t understand why she didn’t know the price of the food or couldn’t put in the POS system that the chicken tenders are being paid for on this card. It was an odd experience that left a bad taste in all of our mouths. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it!!!

Base camp was great, especially Jeremy! He was very accommodating with our son being a picky eater. Made a change in the meal we ordered and got it out fast and friendly!
