What a great little shop! Has some really good meats, salsa, sodas, chips, and dessert breads. We stayed nearby and stopped in, leaving with a ton of goodies! If you're in Ouray or passing through I definitely recommend stopping by and checking it out. Unique must see place in Ouray Colorado.

Stopped in randomly. Got some sausage that cooked up amazing, and the elk summer sausage is awesome. Prices were very reasonable. Even got some advice on how to cure my own bacon, amazing shop with great employees/owner

Love this place! They make amazing meats! I love the beef sticks and bison sausage and beef bacon! They also have deli meat and cheese as well as a fabulous variety of frozen fish and meat. They also have a great selection of chutney, pickled and preserved items.

Awesome little gem. What a great find. They were open on a Sunday and very friendly! The smoked salmon and the beef jerky were excellent. We bought the olive oil in the smoke flavor and literally put it on everything! I can not wait to go back to stock up for gifts.

Great shop with lots of selections of meats n cheeses. Tried a few samples and decided to go with my heritage - purchased the Bohemian Recipe Garlic Beef Jerky...

DO NOT pass up this shop. If you're a foodie like me, then be prepared for all the wonderful things they had! We found frog legs! Frozen frog legs of all things here!! Not to mention various cuts of elk (such as the tenderloin), lots of different bison cuts, catfish, swordfish, barramundi, mahi mahi, and a bunch of other things!
There also was a very large selection of cheese. Out of all the cheeses they had, off the top of my head, I can only remember a few types of Beehive Cheese, but Beehive Cheese is very tasty. So, I'm confident that all remaining cheeses, I forgot, are to die for! Goodness gracious me, this store has my heart! I wish I lived closer so I could spend my hard earned money on fine meats, and I could support such a true gem! Best of wishes to this little market!
