I’ve been using Cooks saw blades for years. They last better than several other brands. I sharpen my own blades. These last for 5 sharpenings or more. Just remove them at the first sign of getting dull. At a little more than $20 per blade on sale you can’t beat the value.

I purchased the MP-32 sawmill in 2019 and it has been the best purchase ever. The mill is easy to run and has needed only minor maintenance for normal wear items. The company has always been helpful with questions, parts and blades. The blades are very good and reasonably priced. The sharpening service is quick and has even replaced blades that they determined to be defective. Can't say enough!

I have had an ac36 mill since 2016. Great mill and every time I had a problem ,Billy could help. Mr cook and Billy were responsive to problems. The last few times I’ve needed help - it’s been very lacking.
I had a mega key break on this mill. My manual has the wrong parts listed. I ordered the part and it is the wrong one! But it’s what is shown in my manual. The new part is much beefier. The new smaller mega key cheesy. I cannot get the two guides to line up and saw correctly. It eats blades. I call and the phone answer girl refuses to get me to mr cook or even his email. She was very condescending saying”I hear ya”. Incredibly poor customer service in my opinion !!
My question is simple. Why is my manual that came with this mill not have the same parts as my mill
I feel like my mill was sold to me with inferior parts due to the manual not matching my mill. Can mr cook please respond?

At my age, I wanted a saw with full hydraulics to make it easier to handle heavy logs. I ended up picking up an HD3238 and it has been an absolute treat to use. I would most definitely recommend Cooks Saw.
