It’s unfortunate for me to have to give this location a bad review But I’m sick of coming here and spending 20 minutes here every single time. Today with my experience I spent 20 minutes sitting at the drive-through box while the lady cleared the line. She did say that she will get to me in a moment and 15 minutes had passed and I had heard nothing. Somebody had pulled up to the stall about 10 minutes after I had arrived and placed their order at the stall and was serviced before me. Customers started getting out of line that were behind me as a result of also waiting the excess amount of time, I did tell the second person who was pulling away that I had been there for 20 minutes. The lady who was inside the sonic did say that she was short staffed after I mentioned to a customer that was leaving that I had been there for 20 minutes. This is not a shortcoming on the woman who was struggling to run the store by herself. This is a shortcoming on the management who is failing to hire and retain Employees. I’ve worked fast food for many years prior to this experience And it is typically a first come first Serve basis, but not if you skip the drive through and order at the stalls— you get served before the people who had been waiting in line for an excess amount of time. I decided to use the drive-through this time around because I always was spending 20 minutes in the stalls Because drive-through was the priority and I just wanted a quick in and out experience and that did not happen.

Sonic, you need to do better for your employees. Nobody should sit in a drive thru for 20 minutes because your staff are struggling to keep up with the volume.

Also, the potholes in your parking lot are absolutely ridiculous and almost took out my front end. It is a private parking lot do something to fix that.

And give that woman struggling to run your store, probably by herself a raise

did an order pick up and ended up waiting 40 minutes to get our food. we got told it was because someone was training, and then it changed to waiting for fresh meat all while we saw everyone that pulled up after us to order get their food almost immediately. when we finally got our food, it was very obvious that our drinks AND food had just been sitting there. nothing was actually fresh. there should be a cancel order option in the app because we would've left had we been able to get refunded.

Slow, rude night manager. My food was cold, tots so hard you could play golf with them. Went through drive thru to get fresh ones and was yelled at to get off property. Will be contacting store manager, then corporate.

I took a bite of my chicken sandwich today and I went to put it down, and as soon as I flipped it over I saw green mold at the bottom! It made me sick seeing it and I didn’t wanna eat anything for the rest of the day, I'm super disappointed.

To start off, I feel horrible for the car hops because they are the ones that have to deal with the pissed off customers. Also feel horrible for delivery drivers having to pick up food here, I'm sure they have to deal with it from their customers too.

I wasn't the only one affected today I could easily hear at least three cars in my immediate area having multiple issues.

I'm not sure why I still give the location a chance, randomly. Expect to be able to pick up your food 20-30m AFTER your scheduled time. Also, so glad that I waited patiently, just to be served cold food. This WASN'T a one time occurrence. Although, when my food came out I was sitting up to push the button to see where my order was.

They always seem to forget toppings and condiments. You think it's an easy ask to get those but if it takes forever to get your food why would I want to wait around just for them to bring those items out.

Service took FOREVER with very few cars in drive thru and in stalls. Pushed the call button and took several minutes to get a response then waited close to 45 minutes to get food! Definitely will not be back!

Wow. So normally I don't put reviews, unless it's that bad. And this was terrible. 9/27/2024 at 7:00 P.M. Pulled into a normal spot to order since drive thru was long and I had a bigger (5 meals) order. I ordered and everything was good. Until 30 minutes went by and I'm still waiting. There were a lit of people that got served and everything while I'm still sitting. I finally pressed the order button again then magically they were coming out with my food...... I grabbed a burger to check and it was cold. Like made 30-45 min ago cold.... I was upset haha. Asked her to have it re-made since I spent $75 on my order and yea, another 5 min. ended up leaving at 7:43. Not joking either. I went home to eat and it's ALL COLD and only 1 of the burgers were correct. Not going back for sure. If you go, I warned you lol.

If I could have given negative stars I would have. Where do I start maybe it was the 10 minute wait to take my order of 4 items while zero people in line or when I get to window no one greeted me to take payment for 10-15 minutes or the fact when I did get greeted he appeared to be higher than the Empire State shaking. Then fast forward 5 minutes to eating my food witch was a large chili cheese fries with yesterdays fries or the mozzarella sticks that could knock out rocky was Absolutely the worst experience of my lifetime. I would rather eat out of a trash can than pay for over priced food from yesterday.
