Bedrooms in our suite were spacious with an authentic Victorian feel - a piece of Silvertonโ€™s history that has been nicely restored. Beds were most comfortable. The one bathroom served all four of us well with a little bit of planning ahead for showers and such. Bathroom and kitchen fixtures were new and worked nicely. The lodge is located within easy walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in downtown Silverton. We spent three nights with friends from out of state and wish we could have stayed longer.

Mark (the owner) is amazing. I work for a big environmental company and he always makes sure to help me with rooms when he can. I can have pretty complicated reservation requests and he is always right there to assist as much as possible. Totally love this place. The area is beautiful and the rooms are fantastic. This is truly a treasure. If you need a place to stay in Silverton, check this place out. Thank you, Mark!

Weโ€™ve been going to Silverton lodge every year during the holidays. Itโ€™s the best. Charming rooms that capture the Silverton history, a block from the main street. Relaxed and great communication from the owner.

Great, quaint lodge in Silverton. Just off the main drag. Perfect location to walk to dinner and drive to all outdoors destinations. Clean place and had great amenities - full kitchen, toaster, big fridge, coffee, back patio. Will definitely stay here again when I come back through for work.

Very cozy room. Super comfy bed and arrived to a warm room on a cold day. Great value, especially if you want to take advantage of a kitchenette ( Stormy Peak suite ).

Back story. When we travel my husband leaves finding lodging up to me. Silverton, an old mining town, still has the original buildings. Back then, rooms were smaller. Finding lodging with a king size bed for my 6'2" husband was a challenge. Also, most hotels in Silverton have rooms upstairs with parking on the busy street.
Silverton lodge is perfect. Parking right outside the door. One block from the main street and close to shops restaurants, etc. Only 3 blocks from train boarding area.
We had the Bear suite. First impression? Utterly charming. My husband said he felt like he was in Gunsmoke--Miss Kitty's boudoir. He also said I had "hit it out of the park" as in finding the best place to stay.
Having the kitchen was a big plus.
It was delightful in the early morning to open the drapes and look out at the sun lighting the mountain side. Glorious. I doubt there's another place in Silverton that offers that. Plus, being off the busy main street (Greene) is a plus---quiet.
Mark, the owner, is very helpful and accommodating.
Total experience was fabulous.

What a wonderful surprise to find this place online, and an even better surprise to discover how comfortable, cozy, and accommodating my room (more like a tiny apartment) was. The best part was that being only a block off the main street, I could walk everywhere I needed to go, yet the neighborhood was utterly quiet, like the remote little mountain town Silverton still is--at its heart. My only regret was that I only stayed two nights. This place is a treasure and I wouldn't think of staying anyplace else.
Thank you for restoring this amazing old building with such care and attention to the time of its origin and the comfort of present-day patrons!

Everything you need when passing through Silverton. I was looking for a quaint quiet mountain inn and this was exactly it. No main lobby, but that was ok. It was barely a block away from Main Street so definitely walking distance from everything in Silverton. The owner was above and beyond and made himself immediately available if needed. Will definitely book again when in the area.
