The burgers at chef daddy’s are amazing! Local bison beef on the mushroom Swiss with a side of garlic fries 🤌 The owner also owns Melody’s Trattoria where you can get wood fired pizza out of a Forno Bravo oven. Best pizza in Silverthorne. You can also get a beer from Upslope or a coffee/ice cream from Nomad. Either way you can’t go wrong!

We stopped here for a coffee during a roadtrip and we’re glad we did! We live in Denver and were impressed with this market - intentionally made, diverse food options, now they even have coworking spaces! Our doggie Alice approves 🐾

Great idea of having a food court with a bar in the middle of it. It's really cold out today and it was really slow so the atmosphere probably could be better. We chose not to eat today so I can't mention anything about the food but a lot of people were eating food from the chicken spot. Our bartender Steve from upslope brewery was awesome and I recommend you grab a beer from him.

Unimpressed, even though I really wanted to like this place. The atmosphere is really nice, but the food was disappointing. We tried dishes from almost all of the restaurants, and nothing was particularly great. We had soft tacos, low-flavor pizza, cold Thai bowl, and an okay salad. Everything was majorly overpriced, and quality was not that high (it was marketed as much better). Save your money and go somewhere else.

Very cool place in Silverthorne to hangout, eat, get some work done. They currently have about 7 different food places to eat from. Its big a spacious. All the food looked great and the food we tried was awesome. We ate at the taco stand.

Such a cool place to find some good food! Variety for everyone. We enjoyed the crepes and hamburgers! Great spot for families. We will be back before we go home to Denver!

Expensive and mediocre. Don't waste your money.

I got a pastrami on rye from Independent Deli. It was barely even warm, and had enough Dijon mustard on it to feed a French family. The cheese wasn't melted, and the meat was lukewarm. Maybe the fact that it was served on an ice cold metal tray contributed.

All this for 20 for one sandwich is atrocious.

Just go to Cheba Hut down the road to get actual good food for a reasonable price.

The entire food hall is freezing.

This place has a lot of food. I went straight to the Burger joint - Chef Daddy's Grill and I'm so glad I did!!! I had legit one of the best bison burgers I've had in a long time. The owner was incredibly friendly and seemed genuinely happy with his job - that's when you know you're going to get good food! I highly recommend Chef Daddy's grill, especially if you like bison! I would've taken pictures but I ate it too fast. The fries are also really good! They reminded me of fries I had in my youth at Elitches or something. Regardless, if you're in the area and not sure, give this place a try and get some ice cream after!
