Worst experience at a dealership ever. Payed $1200 for an engine diagnostic, after I got handed all my car parts in PLASTIC BAGS, my engine block was on the floor. And they didn’t even try to help me load everything into my car. They also left parts inside my car everywhere, making it a mess. 0 Help from anyone in the service department, I feel like I got scammed, wouldn’t recommend coming here for anything!

The first few times I came here for my oil, change and tire rotation, and multi-point inspection it was a zero charge since I have the maintenance service contract. I went in Saturday the 21st to get these services done since I was at the mileage to do so and they were telling me I would have to pay out-of-pocket even though I have the maintenance service contract. They denied to do my oil change and these other services and stated I would have to pay out-of-pocket, which is not OK! I guess all in all it would just be nice if they could get their shit together, especially when I have documentation stating I have maintenance contract, with the details of it showing what year the contract expires and the mileage … Neither of the two contract “deadline” mattered at this time because I have not met either one. Furthermore I know name has changed for the company and so forth, but it’s rather irritating when setting up an appointment and them not have their shit aligned and prepared… Also another thing that made matters worse is they tell me they don’t know why I didn’t pay the first two times “um, hello it’s called the maintenance service contract” that was bought when I bought the vehicle … I know errors and mistakes happen, but this should’ve been checked when I scheduled the appointment and everything should’ve been ready/ prepped for my appointment. As much as I hate to say this, I would not recommend people to come here within their service department, especially if they bought the maintenance contract because obviously they don’t check this stuff before the appointment.

I appreciate the service provided in the dealership, so I regret having to leave this review. Ultimately, I believe it reflects only on the (new) management, which has been non-communicative and lacked any initiative in addressing my concerns.

On July 31, I brought in a car (a Subaru CrossTrek) for an oil change. Despite having an appointment, this took 2.5 hours. While frustrating, I know that things can be busy. However, when I checked my CarFax service records later, I saw that a different car (a Subaru Outback) had been recorded as being serviced. I don't have to talk about the irony of a Subaru dealership not being able to differentiate between their models... But again, things are busy, mistakes happen. Not at all the end of the world.

I immediately reached out on August 2nd to correct this. I provided contact information but did not hear back. I followed-up on August 12th, and provided contact information, but did not hear back. I reached out a third time on August 19th and indicated that I would like to resolve this before leaving a review. I was told that a manager would reach out. It's now a week later, and I have not heard from anyone and the records have not been updated.

Simply, if things go well from the outset, as they often do, they're great. But, if anything goes wrong, it seems you're out of luck.

Anyone who lives in Summit/Eagle Counties know buying and maintaining cars is never simple. We just wanted to note a wonderful experience we had at Groove last week. We had purchased a Subaru last summer from Groove and they had offered us a free detail. First the detail was amazing! But the best part, my wife was picking me up as we left the car for a couple of hours for the detail and while she was on her way to get me the rearview mirror in our Volkswagen fell completely off. We tried for about 15 minutes to get it back on ourselves but could not do it. Even though they do not work on Volkswagens, Daniel Lachance the service advisor found one of their young techs Ethan Goebel (who has a history with Volkswagens) and in a matter of 10 minutes figured out how to get it back on the car. They did not have to do this at all but to do it with a genuine willingness to help us out, was exceptional. So a big shout out to Dan and especially Ethan for really stepping up to help us.
