Brad was able to get me in within an hour of calling! He put on my snow tires quickly before a big storm came in that afternoon. He is so kind and knowledgeable! Highly recommend Goodway! I will be using them as my local mechanic from here on out in Summit. Dog friendly too!!

We drove here for ski trip from far away and never could have expected car trouble. Holiday weekend and a Saturday with 14 hours to drive home during storm our car battery went out. I called Brad and he ensured me he would do his best to get us in but that parts were hard to find currently in the mountains when everything and everyone else was closed nearly. We couldn’t get to him until 1300 but he got us in directed us to nearby food for lunch and even had someone get parts and drive out to ensure we weren’t stuck there till Monday. Brad truly was a genuine hero to us and so friendly and kind during a hard day he restored my faith in good people willing to go out of their way to help those in need. I will forever be grateful for his and his team service during a very busy day ! I will go out of my way to go there again if ever needed out on the mountains !

I don’t normally write reviews but this one seems necessary.
They don’t even deserve the one star… listen to the bad reviews. After having two tires repaired here with exceptional service we thought we could trust them with our new car. They have over charged us and been extremely unprofessional. After $1300 in repairs and $170 diagnostic (we told them what was wrong) we find ourselves towing our car from their parking lot because it DOESNT START. We drove this car 6 hours home with no problem. Now the cylinders don’t fire… after reading reviews I realize we aren’t the only ones to have this exact scenario happen to. Brad seems nice, don’t be fooled. And Dennis may be the worst. Save your time and money. Go literally anywhere else.

Went in for a tire swap. After waiting for nearly an hour, they tell me I wasted their time and they won’t put the set of tires on. Why? Because they were smaller than the Toyota recommended size, which is exactly what I wanted for my winter tires. They admitted that while they would fit, and while there was no rule against putting the tires on, they simply would not and then proceeded to try and explain my business to me as if I didn’t know better than them. Maybe it’s just because I’m from the good ole north east, but never in my life had I ever heard of a mechanic refusing work simply because they ‘didn’t feel like it’. I expect some laziness or shadiness from any mechanic, but here it seems to be their bread n butter. Put the fries in the bag

Brad and the gateway team were nothing short of amazing. And I write this after my truck was unable to be fixed. They got me in ASAP after overhearing on the highway, thought we fixed it, but overheated again and they paid for the tow back to work on it. They stayed late and were super helpful with suggestions and next steps for an old truck like mine.

I see a lot of entitled negative reviews on here, which makes sense for the demographic they serve. Understand, they they don’t just work on your car, they have countless others and are constantly busy (especially being the only shop open on Saturdays) They are honest, transparent and will do what they can. 5/5.

Brad saved the day and our vacation. Got a flat flat on I 70 on a holiday weekend and Goodway was not only open, but he had our specific tires in stock. Had us out of there in an hour and a half and even offered a local market to hang at to enjoy lunch and arcade games. Vacation saved. Couldn’t recommend the expertise, professionalism, and humbleness of this establishment

I'm writing this a few weeks after my experience here, but this place was amazing and the workers helped me out so much! My car broke down on my way into Denver and I brought it here to get help--everywhere else told me they couldn't get me in for a few days. I was having one of the worst weeks of my life and losing a car I could barely afford was tipping over the scales. I'm so thankful that I came to this shop because not only did they take care of my car and help me understand my options with patience and kindness, but they went over the top to help me out since I was far from home. The owner even drove me to two different post offices so I could ship the belongings that were in the back of the car home on his short lunch break, despite there also being a ton of customers and having his coworker absent.I really appreciate everything they did for me 🙂

Highly recommend Goodway!! I had a tow hitch with wiring installed on my Jeep Compass.

Brad helped direct me to Advance Auto Parts (specifically Henry, who I also recommend!!!) to purchase the direct fit hitch and wiring for my car.

I dropped my car off to Goodway with all the parts and was quoted 2 hours of labor for the installation. It turned out to require an additional 1.5 hours of labor for the wiring because the type of wiring that was available for me wasn’t the “plug and play” easy type. They had to remove my bumper and go through additional steps. I was of course very stressed about the additional cost.

When I picked up my car, Dennis explained to me the reasoning for the additional labor for the wiring and was really nice. I am always concerned that I might be getting “ripped off” by any car-related company because I’m young and a woman, but people like Dennis are amazing and reassuring for me!!

The cost overall was very fair & the tow hitch itself was installed perfectly! Thank you, Brad & Dennis!
