I used Colorado tents & events for my wedding day & the set up was magical. All the guests commented on how beautiful the whole tent set up was. I planned this wedding from out of state & had to update my order multiple times, but Emily was always kind & nice to work with.

My husband and I used Tents & Events to rent a few items for our wedding. We worked primarily with Ashley and she was lovely—always responded quickly, answered all our questions clearly, and just generally was very helpful! There were no surprises throughout the weekend, and everything was set up on time and without any mishaps. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because we found some of the pricing to be expensive. However, I also have to note that our wedding was very DIY and we had a low budget; if you are looking at more traditional wedding budgets then the price may be perfectly fine. Overall I would definitely recommend checking them out, particularly if you are getting married at Windy Point like we did!

User Colorado Tents and Events for our wedding on 8.31.23. We rented chairs, tables, heaters, and a sheep trough for drinks. Everyone we talked with was so helpful and kind. They were patient with me as I changed our order multiples times before the big day. They dropped off on time, picked up on time, and everything looked incredible. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Great products and selection! I really enjoyed having one point of contact (Emily) from when we reached out in January through our wedding in May. She was really easy to work with and answered all of my questions and inquiries along the way. However, everyone I spoke to or worked with was friendly and accommodating, the delivery crew was asking questions about our wedding and left us with some well wishes and good vibes! We loved the farm tables, chairs, whiskey barrels, and gold silverware we rented and felt the pricing was very fair considering the quality of the items! Overall a great, easy experience while trying to juggle multiple vendors and balls in the air. Thanks CO Tents & Events, we'll look forward to working with you again!

Jenny at Colorado Tents and Events was the MVP of our rehearsal dinner and wedding! We built our rehearsal dinner from the ground up at Windy Point Pavilion and they provided everything we needed to make sure our guests were comfortable and set the scene beautifully. CTE also provided lighting, table runners and umbrellas (that luckily we didn't need!) at the wedding at Timber Ridge Lodge at Keystone and our guests were in awe of the setting. CTE was incredibly professional throughout and the deliveries and tear-downs were perfectly coordinated. We cannot overstate how important Jenny was to the success of this weekend. We felt like we could email or call her at any time and she would respond quickly and address our needs completely (we even called the day before the wedding and added umbrellas based on an ominous forecast!). We recommend Colorado Tents and Events wholeheartedly!

My wife and I contracted basically our entire wedding setup through Tents and Events in July of 2023 (Tents, Tables, Chairs, Table Settings/Dining Ware, Dancefloor, Lights, Generator, etc.) . They were great in walking us through the process of what we would need and flexible in getting additions added up to the day before the event - special thanks to Ashley for her prompt responses and attention to detail to make sure everything was in order!

Their team arrived on schedule and assembled the tents in amazing time. The same can be said about the tear down process after the event. We highly recommend working with Tents and Events for any of your large gathering needs. Thanks again!
