I needed a little bit of roofing to rebuild a gazebo and was having such a hard time finding anything that looked nice for a reasonable price, the big box stores had no color options and no stock, and all the manufacturers I could find wouldn't ship to my area. Finally I found Flatiron Steel, I was worried my needs would be too small an order but they took care of me no problem. They were helpful and communicative, had exactly what I wanted, I was able to walk in and get a sample and finalize my order without any issues. And the turnaround time on both email communication and our order were fantastic. It was ready far faster than we expected and everyone from the ladies in the office to the guys bringing out and helping us load our order were friendly and efficient. This is the place to get your metal roofing! Panels and accessories were ready in 3 days. A super crew came out with all my materials and even dropped the panels onto my trailer with a forklift...all done in about 10 minutes. Even offered to assist with the tie downs. Jessica provided me quick turn email estimates and Brittany was great on the phone and in person at the Colorado Springs location. I would have never guessed I could have done a DIY metal roof for my cabin for just under $1500! Absolutely incredible company that can customize what you need at an unbelievable price!

Added: Went back to Flatiron Steel a year later for another order for my newly built porch roof. They really are top notch!

Brittaney was so helpful. We needed just 3 sheets of metal roofing for a small shed we were building as a surprise for a friend, so we had a very quick need. All the big box stores had no inventory. When someone recommended Flatiron, I called but assumed they wouldn't have time for our small need. Instead Brittaney checked for me and they were able to get the sheets we needed by the next day - and even for a similar price! It was ready on time, the guys loaded it in our trailer for us, and we were able to get our surprised finished in time. I love working with local, family-owned merchants!!

We just received a big order from Flatiron (nearly $30k). The customer service was excellent. The production turn around was fast. Delivery was on time. And best of all, pricing was very competitive. We shopped this job nation wide to find the right steel supplier....in the end, Flatiron was the best option, and they happen to be Colorado local.

Especially with large orders, metal panels and trims are all made to order. Flatiron turned our order around faster than other suppliers, with a better quality product, for a lower price. Their panels are wider than many suppliers which means more coverage per sheet, fewer fasteners overall, and a lower potential for leaks. Their panels also include an anti siphon channel further insuring a water tight installation.

All together, a great option for any steel roofing or siding project. I would absolutely recommend these guys.

When I’ve forgotten to include critical information or provided incorrect information she is prompt to write me back the same day and makes clear what is needed. I'm a homeowner and don't really know what I wanted let alone what I was doing. I went into the Colorado Springs Branch and was looking to get answers but I got a whole lot more I was Given Knowledge about the Roofing material. The staff here was Very helpful and knowledgeable the young lady in office really knows what she is doing from explaining it to helping this homeowner understand how to install it my self. She is very good at her job and it shows. The product that I received was on time and no damage and my roof looks amazing. I would highly recommend Flatiron Steel to anyone looking for a metal roof.
