Ryan with Overbuilt LLC goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. He is flexible about completing additional requests while working on the originally quoted job. His work is high quality and his prices are fair and reasonable. I hired Ryan to make my home more secure with steel deadbolt doors, window security bars, and pin code access.The window bars are decorative and attractive. Ryan did some welding to custom fit the bars to window wells, and he installed the escape latch for bars on bedroom windows. I love how it looks, and I feel safer in my home. Ryan installed a doorbell with video app so I can see who is at my door without opening the door. He did some painting, added a pet door, installed motion lights, fixed the gate, and put up a locking mailbox. Ryan went the extra mile to make sure everything was satisfactory. He made ordering parts easy by selecting items and putting them in the cart for me to order and pay. Some items he prepaid and picked up. I will definitely hire Ryan for more home improvements. I highly recommend Ryan for your home improvement projects.

We had a very difficult move. Overbuilt made everything better! This is our final house. I had dreams of a certain look. Ryan made my dreams come true. I wanted a special ceiling, specific closets, and cabinets. Ryan is genie who makes wishes come true. He puts extra touches in to make it perfect. I was reluctant to share him, but you deserve the best.
